When some major quality problems were found during the quality inspection and cause the rejection of the inspected lot, we will issue a CAR to the supplier, this is a Corrective Action Request to the supplier for analyzing the quality problems and find out the root cause, short term corrective action, long term corrective action and preventive action. We will follow up the reply of the CAR from the supplier and its implementation.
